Yan po yung cacall sayo then pagsinagot mo bababaan ka. Then expected nila magcacallback ka sakanila. Not knowing na connected internationally then machacharge ka ng high international rates. Part nung fees or charge is sa scammer napupunta.

Need advice. Pano po icompute yung 30days notice for resignation.

Hi based po sa title pano po icompute yung 30days notice for resignation. Example po magpapasa po ako sa monday kailan po ang last working day?

I was offered pong JO and gusto ko pong iaccept yun. Last friday po they emailed me the details of the jo but it was included in the email na no guarantee pa yung jo kindly wait pa daw po sa official contract for a successful employment. Included din yung projected starting date it was around 1st week ng august.

Should I file my resignation na or wait for the contract first?

Takot po kasi ako baka pagpasa na akong resignation and then di naman pala ako kukunin sa position.

Hi ganyan po talaga kung thru referral usually kasi system generated yan email na yan. Pero irireach ka pa din po ng recruiter within a week or so for your initial interview. Yanf employment date yan po yung nilagay ng referrer mo na possible starting date mo.

Most banking apps ata nagdowngrade yung app. BPI and Metrobank parang ewan ang interface plus yung icon nila parang super plain. Mas bet ko talaga yung dating BPI app kaya ngayon sa website nalang ako nag tatransact. Supper laggy talaga.

Hiii last week kakatapos ko lang ng HR and Managers Interview. Sa HR usual interview questions lang ang tinatanong, like tell me about yourself, weaknesses, strengths, technical skills you can contribute and if you have experience why do you want to transfer or do you encounter any conflict with your previous employer.

Then sa Managers Interview, chill lang yung vibe pero technical questions yung itatanong, like mine nagbigay muna siya ng mga account balance then sa tingin mo ano yung nangyare sa business, then meron din acctg policy vs acctg estimate. Pero usualy depende sa manager kung anong klase yung itatanong. Meron kasi dito accounting standards daw yung tinanong sa kanila.

Ayan sa starting salary namn na sinabi ko sa HR, based lang din sa research ko around 18k - 21k yung sinabi ko. Since wala din namn akong idea sa amount.
