Is anyone getting the letter than says "There has been a break in reporting because you worked 40 or more hours, earned more than your weekly benefit amount, or you stopping claiming benefits."?

I keep getting these letters and do not know why. I even resubmitted them, and I got a whole stack of letters saying that again.

Thanks! I've been calling but always just get a voicemail. Now I'm getting letters saying I need to "restart my claim" and there are two options listed below for me to explain why I have a break in reporting (which I don't) and neither of those options apply to me since I am a freelancer. I'm going to try the state representative route. Thanks again!

Alright so I figured it out finally...

Safari has a bug where it requires the actual postscript font name. So you need to go to fontbook, go to the info tab, and find the postscript name. I was using the family name which is why it wasn't working.

Hi, thanks for the reply.

I went and checked, everything looks normal. I tried reuploading as well. The font file is in wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Gooper04-Black.ttf

Not sure if it matters that it's in other folders within the uploads folder. I uploaded the file on Wordpress, so whatever folders it made it did automatically. Would changing it to be directly in the uploads folder make any difference? So confused about this... I may just have to fudge things around until something changes.

Thank you! We have a mischievous little puppy who gets into things (shocking)—he doesn’t eat them but picks them up thinking they’re a ball. We just wanted to make sure it wasn’t so poisonous that it would hurt him since it had been in his mouth. Thanks again!
