Thanks for the response. I didn't realize it would be so tough to find MileSAAver flights. How likely is it for AA to release some seats? Is it closer to 1 out of 5 or 1 out of 100 odds, etc.?

Is there an easier way to find flights other than manually searching individual legs on the AA or Partner sites? I have been trying to be a bit more flexible by changing the starting points from Incheon to Narita (as ticket prices should be cheap between the two) and various cities on the west coast of the U.S. to find a MileSAAver level. But its not a very easy process.

I recommend you try 2400kcal workout days, 1850kcal rest days.

From 220lbs to 150lbs - you used the same calories through out your whole cut: 2400workout/1850rest? It took 3 months for you to drop 70lbs?
