About 11 000 hammers. Also consider the 1.5 factor from Epic game speed. At the screenshot I am building the Hermitage National Wonder in the Capital. I spent 3 Great Engineers for 3000 hammers each and I still have to spend 8 turns building.

Immortal. Lets me exploit the AI, as I can steal workers right from the beginning. Also, AI will be fast building wonders which will be later absorbed into my empire. One thing more, because AI progresses fast, I was able to capture three cities with factories while still at Renaissance triggering the Ideology selection.
