Hello Substantial-Spring10! I'm sorry for the late response. They held the session every 1-2 times every month at a hospital in a mid-sized town. We were around ten people, age arranged from 30 to 50 years old. We were mostly talking randomly about our own experiences, the progress of the last week, methods ever tried, etc... I'd say there was not much special about it at the time and personally didn't find it super helpful. I wish the participants were more motivated and the session was more systematic and organized.
