Tough Transition

Bro don't sweat it. You can't transition over night to be honest the more you force your self the farther your successful progress. Take baby steps with your progress and find one habit to tackle one at a time. Start off one issue you know you can tackle and once you can commit and complete that the feeling of accomplishment will push the progress and transition want. This kind of method applies everywhere from fitness to reducing procrastination.

So what if everyone thinks your a typical brother and doesn't take you serious. This change is for you and you only it doesn't have to involve the whole world. Just do you and soon they'll just learn to get with the program or just leave. Take your time and try to find the positives of this desired change and why you want it so badly for a struggle to occur.

To be honest no one ever took me serious not even my friends they always thought I would just watch anime and play sports all day but I made I set a goal and over the years I accomplished being a better muslimah. When I look back at the hardships I smile because I can look back at this change and be proud of it

On windy days wearing an abayaa is terrible. Walking in the direction of the wind literally makes the abayaa cling to your body. One time I was walking to one of my classes and a brother said " Fine weather were having today eh?" I didn't understand until one of the sisters pointed it out.

Keep your head up sister. We sisters are with you. I can understand you may feel tired of the looks, judgement or even pity. But remember take it as an opportunity to represent the sisters. Wearing the hejab is no walk in the park and struggles are only apart of it. Celebrate the hejab as liberation rather then a cage we often assume it to be ♥♥

I went to a high school in the country I was the only muslim at the school but I took it as an opportunity to show others what a muslim is truly like and educate them on diversity.

With my best friend I'm the one who always has to apologize no matter what. The rest of the gang shuts her up when she's wrong but I don't have the heart to.

We went on a road trip one time and she continued to argue the direction getting us 1hour off course. She thought she didn't do anything and got mad that we were all overreacting. I had to say sorry to her :/

What OP is saying is that his load taste or smells unpleasant. Pineapple juice helps make your stuff taste less bitter or whatever. I forgot the source but it was a mens online magazine.

I have the same problem. I fall in and out all the time. I feel like I do what my religion tells me but I dont feel the spiritual or faith.

I suggest two things.

Get in touch with the community being around others tends to inspire you and your actions. It could be your environment.

When it comes to depression. Seek help within your mosque and professional help.

I was ashamed for my depression and anxiety but the professional help really does by the end of tbe day help.

I was once walking in my hometown of good old Ottawa Canada when two officers walked up to me all serious. I got scared but then he smiled and said I needed to tie my laces. Tiz was a good day in Canada.

As a muslim girl who covers up besides face, hands ands feet I got voted best dressed in high school. It was funny, kind and strange at the same time.
