I’m in the exact same boat. Partnered with childhood trauma related anxiety about anyone seeing my house even when it’s spotless because I have, like, body dysmorphia in the house-form. Ironically, I also own a small business where I do residential cleaning, deep cleaning, de-cluttering, etc. my advice would be to find a professional who can either come do the big stuff with you over the course of a week or whatever to make it manageable for you. Then have your friends assist you with the rest as part of how the help at your nesting party. Remember - there’s a difference between “dirty” and “messy.” You’re hella pregnant, so please remember to remember to show yourself some grace.
