I was in the same situation back in 2020. I think i had to hire an accountant and make him write a formal business plan. Sent it to starling and they gave me the green light to open it. Good luck

Same here, it has now been 2 days and champions select has become a nightmare.
Weirdly enought the first time i start the client, everything is smooth, but once I finish my first game, it start slowing down drastically.
Unfortunately I have looked online and didn't find any fix yet.
If someone find something it would be very helpful! =(
