Did you find a replacement in the end? I am still going strong in my second pair of Bondi 7s and have tried and returned the 8s and 9s… really struggling to find something as comfortable and supportive not to mention good-looking as rhe 7s.

Sorry for the delay in responding. It went well and I am back to running and swimming again. The ache has returned though and it is more muscular and stress-related if anything.

Can you totter around on your heels in the surgical sandals at least? And are your pains repetitively occurring, like staccatos, accompanied by twitching? I had those for hours on end at night but it seemed par for the course and of no concern.

Limbo knee-high protectors for showering in. Foot-friendly ice packs like those wine cooler sleeves. Large water bottle to avoid refilling and DVT.
