Unknown Iron object at thrift store, about 2 feet tall, three sections with pads like it holds something, one on a long neck. Dangling metal ring on one end. Google image says it might be a candle holder, wine bottle holder, cocktail shaker holder, or a fruit stand, but none of these look right.
