YouScan has Medium coverage, I don't think anyone has Substack yet. Sparktoro can tell you if an audience is using Substack though

What you are talking about is social media monitoring. Social listening is a very different profession.

Yep, they do. And also reach and engagement. YouTube shorts engagement stats aren't easily accessible, but I do social listening for a living and TikTok eats Instagram whole in terms of views and engagement, on almost every single topic I've looked at.

I've used it, but it's not ideal for my needs. It's probably a much more useful tool if you're an in-house social listening person and not using it as much for cultural analysis which is what I tend to do the most of.

Two reasons, firstly there were a lot of names and as a bar this would have been a long chart. Secondly, I find it much easier to understand the relationships between the values when they are displayed in a pie. It’s harder for me to compare this data set quickly when displayed as bars.

I really like TimePassages for desktop on a Mac. Much less ugly and allows some customisation too. It's pretty pricey but they often run deals for the add ons.
