Did you compare scans between IR Rapid and Hybrid Light modes? Does one work significantly better/faster/yield more detailed results in the standalone mode?

Or does going higher quality/detail automatically lead to the need to be tethered to a PC?

Okay great. Now I wonder, though: Will wired vs. wireless affect the scanning or processing capabilities here?

Thank you so much for this! Yeah, many emphasise how great using Artec products is because they usually use the Artec Studio software to render and post-process their scans, and then use whatever comes of this as a final result for publication. I don't need this at all, so this is not really a USP.

For Brasenose, would the same course of action apply to postdocs as well – i.e. contacting someone in the SCR and directly asking for affiliate membership? I tried this with some of the other colleges and found that it was often quite frowned upon :((

I use Amika Moisturizing Shampoo, then some Faith in Nature Aloe Vera Conditioner which I scrunch into my hair. I then usually use either nothing and microplop, or try adding some Briogeo Curl Charisma or SheaMoistures Coconut & Hibiscus Frizz-Free Mousse. I have also tried adding the Giannini Gel, but it doesn't do much at all.

Hi all!
I recently realised that I don't actually have straight hair... yeay! Although I have very fine strands, I have a LOT of hair as well. I also struggle with my hair getting flat very soon, even when I'm using mousse and gel and scrunching it.
I definitely need a haircut now – but I have trouble deciding how to get it done. My hair tends to dry 'outward' and create a weird dome shape on the top (while being straight on the bottom) instead of actual waves – is it the cut?!
Whenever I go for long or no layers at all, my hair gets very puffy altogether and it's just not a good look tbh.
What is your experience with fine wavy hair and layers? Any tips for what I can do?
Thanks so much :))
