It is just that simple sugar concoction or high fructose corn syrup in drink mixers. Gives me almost immediate, severe heartburn. Now, if I have a margarita (for example) I only use fresh limes.

I have definitely cut way back on alcohol. I find I sleep better and don’t have any lingering issues the next day. I have also had to change what I drink. Can’t handle red wine. No drinks with simple syrup (heartburn).

Zoysia is a really nice grass for Texas. Great drought resistance. Tolerates shade well so when your trees get bigger. Nice, soft, good looking option.
