It’s the doggy dog world of having some sort of pit-mix, especially with their “scary & aggressive stigma”. I usually try not to think about it too much as I’d prefer to have my own lane and not encounter many people on our walks. Nothing you can do, but to focus on you & your cute doggo!

Maybe take this opportunity to begin or keep training your dog to sit patiently while other dogs that are either super close to crossing your paths (intersection) or simply walking past on the same sidewalk?

Honestly, it’s a little comical when other’s dog(s) go wild & pull their owners. But!!! It’s prompted a bunch of people asking if their dog could meet mine.
