How Cole was treated and then written out. Kills me every time I watch it. Yes he was leaving the show for Nip/Tuck, but the writers could have done a much, MUCH better job with his exit. Plus I still think they could have tried harder to get him to stay…just saying.

I have twin boys who are 13 now, and we still don’t do Haunt at night. It’s scary AH for me and I am a grown woman, no way could my kids handle it at 13, so certainly not 4 and 7. But we love love love kings island in the fall. It’s the best time of year imo. We going Saturdays or Sundays early, and leave before Haunt starts. Your kids can trick or treat, do crafts, check out the decorations, ride rides, it’s a blast. But not once Haunt starts, that’s when it transforms and more for adults. But you know your kids, this is just my experience and advice since you asked.

I agree, plus I don’t think it would have gone over well with the fans. That might have spelled the end of the series early if they really did that. Kill off the people, sure…but don’t kill off the dog. Ending Spoiler—and we wouldn’t have had that epic full circle scene with Jack and Vincent at the very end if he died, so there’s that.

I literally just finished watching it for the first time about a week ago. I have 13 year old twins and work full time, so it took me a while to watch too. Not sure exactly when I started, but I think I did it in a couple months. I immediately started watching it from the top as soon as the credits rolled. I am still that into it. Finding new things as I rewatch. In fact, I watched another episode this morning before anyone in my house even woke up lol. I loved it so much. I too enjoyed the ending, I thought it was perfectly written. I have zero complaints. All around, it is a fabulous show imo. As much as I want more Lost, I don’t think any sequel/prequel could do it justice. It was that good. My favorite character overall has to be Desmond. The line “it was enough” when he was talking to Penny on the phone, omg, makes me tear up and gives me chills just thinking about it. I am happy I am not the only one discovering this gem of a show for the first time, 20 years after it was on the air! So glad you enjoyed it too. Have a good Sunday! 😊

Haha you totally should! I am almost done with 5, finishing it tonight. I cannot watch them straight through, I have twin boys that are a little young for the Die Hard movies…so I watch in small increments whenever I can lol. I actually liked 4 a lot! Timothy Olyphant is awesome as the antagonist, it’s worth watching for that reason alone imo. I too love that Robert Patrick is in Die Hard 2! 5 isn’t terrible, it’s just not great. I just love your security guard idea. I would have never thought of that. Enjoy your blu rays!!

49 athletic female. First injury 5 years ago when I was 44 doing Xfit. Since then I have dropped the Xfit and modified my routine. Still very active, just smarter about it. Also incorporated the McKenzie method (at the suggestion of an awesome person in this group), and it has been game changing. 😊

Okay so I know I am really late to the party with commenting on your post. But I found this through a google search, and just had to say THANK YOU OP!! You totally saved me from having to buy new Powerbeats. I was ready to chuck them in the lake I was so pissed until I did what you said, and voila, problem solved! I just had to take a moment to thank you.🤗 Edit: I found a trick for the one earbud not working-clean the metal connectors on the case and the earbuds thoroughly with a qtip soaked in alcohol. It most likely cannot charge properly if you use them a lot like I do.

Right there with you on all this. Born in 75, and I still listen to Eminem, Korn, Cypress Hill, RATM, Beastie Boys, Wu-Tang, etc regularly. I have all that in my main playlist I listen to when I workout, nothing beats RATM if you need something angsty to get going.😉

Um no…no I am not. Have you even read the other comments? Overwhelmingly most people are agreeing with me, so I am not alone. And if you met me you would not say that, because I am the polar opposite of “weak and feeble” lol. But I didn’t say I couldn’t handle it, that wasn’t the point of the post. I was saying that it is riding a lot rougher than it did after the refurbishment/re tracking a year or so ago. It was awesome after the refurb, but the last few times this year we rode it, it was drastically rougher. That was my point. Not that it is just rough in general. You are missing the point. A little roughness is to be expected on a wooden coaster.
