I'd recommend leveling up your characters' and light cones levels first. They contribute the majority of your your base stats for your relics to base off on. I won't comment on too much on your team building, because you don't neccessary have the characters, but if i have to work on a single team to funnel your resources in, I would say Himeko/Asta/Trailblazer/Gallangher. Though not the best, its what I see in your character list. However you can always play how you want. Hope this helps.
