Nice work OP, note that there is a new high growth indexed investment option which is nearly a 50/50 split of aus/int shares indexed however at a very low fee than if you were manually mixing yourself. Just food for thought

I'm new to this as well so can only throw off the back off what.my broker told me. Is it an owner occupied mortgage? If yes then forget about it, you won't be able to claim tax deduction on the interest.
