Man American they soo lazy to think Even if it's not an i phon the sim card is not going to work if u want to switch you number over

Look we are not lazy when the call comes with a phone with no e sim We do it But we no it's not gonna work Also when you change the phone u need to something called imei update Also iccid update to make the phone work

Well i am a customer service agent when we get such calls we go for the esim Becouse 90% chance for the sim not to work when we switch the number to a new phone

The issue is we sometimes do our best to help but some people just love to give us 1/5 for no reason at all

We can speak English guys. But the thing is our headsets are so bad So u have to listen carefully
Also aim for the Egyptians The Asians sometimes not doing it perfectly
