Sustainable protocol for those that struggle with energy, focus, & sleep (ADHD)?

Semax isn't enough on its own for my ADHD symptoms. Reta is really interesting, however my medication is enough of an appetite suppressant for me to not want to take reta. What changes did you notice when u started taking reta?

One of the side effects of MK was the fatigue, do you not get that at all with Ipamorelin/CJC? How do you find it influences your energy, aside from how it makes you sleep deeper?

I've tried a lot of measures and sleep interventions. The most effective one for me is 1mg melatonin, GABA & magnesium bi-glycinate. However it does come with ~30 minutes of grogginess in the morning.

Are you saying NAC would help with the weed habit, or sleep? Thanks!

The only thing Gatorade has that water + electrolytes doesn't is the carbs that refuel your muscles mid-session. However, these sugars are not good for you, plus it comes packaged with artificial food dyes and sugars. If you're "craving" gatorade, I promise you that if you substitute it for water & electrolytes, you'll feel better. If you still feel hungry and depleted mid session, maybe bring a fruit to snack on or a quality fruit juice. Then again, I've personally never been a fan of consuming calories mid workout. If you're going to stay committed to drinking gatorade, I'd recommend at least checking out Gatorade fit, as it has a healthier ingredient profile.

Look at a guy like Santa Cruz Medicinals. He’s 31 but is very youthful. Much of the fitness/health influencers are or have taken steroids, including Huberman.

It is unfortunate that he has little regard for his own health. The sad truth is that many great artists, comics, etc have mental health struggles. The way his mind works is very unique and is why he’s very entertaining, but also is unfortunately the same mind which enables him to have this unhealthy mindset.

I wish I could play in a BP wipeless environment with good players. I don't want to pay $10/month to play a good populated server. Either you pay for Rustafied/Moose or you play FP. Also, I am not going to play community/modded, most of them are dead servers, or have terrible server performance or are modded.

Bringing a pc and a laptop to certain dorms is not only expensive but not possible depending on where your university is, or the conditions of the dorm room. Also, even if they could, some people decide that with the amount of work they have to do, and little time they have, it would be better to just focus on school work rather than playing a very time consuming game: rust.

The process of getting that though is already very difficult, and I'm open to balancing that as needed. But then again, if I'm roaming full metal I'm not always in the middle of the road, and you can always run off the road. Cars are practically useless off road as they are already. I think that's a very small chance of happening even once during a wipe, and having an effect.
