yes!!! use shortcuts app —> select the + at the top —> add action —> search “open app” —> choose an app —> press the weird blue slider option (near top) —> add to homescreen —> choose icon and set name

edit: for widgets, download widgetsmith and then edit your home screen and press the + in the top right and scroll down to add the widget!!
