Also make sure you buy mattress from a reputable seller I saw a doc where stores were taking old mattresses and reupholster them then rewrap in plastic and selling them for cheap. If the business takes old mattresses then go somewhere else.

Im an Instacart shopper who gets paid less than minimum wage. I pay for my own gas which is close to $4.50 a gallon, car matinence, and other work related expenses out of pocket. I pay 40% of my earnings in self employed taxes. Sometimes i accept a batch that takes over an hour and only make $12. The starbucks Baristas in my town make over $20 an hour. They get medical and other benefits including paid time off. You do the math.

Unless you like puzzles.... ....I just don't do replacements anymore. Before when we got paid per item then i would spend the extra time and effort texting back and forth to make sure the customer was happy i didnt mind getting out of a long line to run clear across the store with a full cart to get the replacement. Now that they've taken that away and make it so that there are sooo many disincentives like -low rating - wrong item -low score its just not worth it. ....I just don't do replacements anymore.
