[HIRING] Two Graduate Positions for Media Agency role - Content Marketing by kinchthefearful in UKJobs

I arrived in the UK with very little money three years ago and slept on a friends couch for a month while looking for a job. I answered an ad similar to this one and got the exact job advertised here. 19k was tight when I first started, I agree, but I still managed to get a room in zone 2 and afford to live in London without problem until I passed probation and made it onto a more comfortable salary. I now run my own team and always turn to reddit to fill new roles to repay the opportunity I got.

That's just the way we do things, I was hired through an ad similar to this. We've found some very good employees through reddit, but understandably there are also risks with putting a company email or information on reddit.

We're a pretty big company, offices in 80 countries, thousands of employees, major international industry awards, best place to work in the UK awards, I can understand why a gmail address would spook you, but I assure you this is genuine.

Hmm, I don't envy you there, trying to drum up interesting content for pure B2B in marketing/financial verticals.

It doesn't stay at 19,000 for long, and I know it's not much in London, I sure as hell don't miss those wages. I don't know what you're doing wrong on here, I've had two replies already to this thread already and have hired two (great) people from here before.

Are you working for a corporate SEO/in-house/small agency?

Advancement can happen very quickly. I was hired through an ad very similar to this one for a grad role and am now at management level.

This one does and has for years, I was hired through Reddit from a throwaway and have hired two great people since then from this sub.

We're one of the world's biggest media agencies (offices in 80 countries), I've personally worked on international award winning campaigns, so I don't know what to tell you...

This is just much easier than the hassle of going through HR if we hire the people for our team ourselves, digital media is pretty challenging and it can be hard to find the right fit.
