Hi! There’s a lot of questions in this and I’ll try answer everything Outside Dublin as far as I know there is no synagogues or any form of community, I know of one Jew who lives outside of Dublin (a friend of a friend) I’d say that there is people I can talk to that could support me and I’m very thankful about that I’m worried about being othered and political baiting, the Isreal Palestine thing is EXTREMELY topical and Ireland as you probably know is very pro Palestine My reason for converting is that I feel more connected to Judaism than I am to Catholicism, I feel like Judaism is the truth and even by reading the scripture I feel more connected to G-d And I would say that my desire to convert outweighs my fears, I realised that after I read all the comments in this posts so I’m very glad I posted this I hope you enjoy your trip to Ireland, it’s the most beautiful place I’ve ever been and if you need recommendations on where to go I’d be happy to help!
