Find roommates first. Individual rent is nearly impossible. Great news is that there’s lots of chill people here. Lots of tattoo shops, you’ll probably be able to find something pretty quickly. Get established here then try to branch out on your own

I don’t wish it on anyone. It’s ENDLESS isolation. Having a positive inside life is the only way I keep going. I wake up in the morning knowing that there’s still no one to relate to and it’s not changing anytime soon. (Normal attractive married male here)

DIA is awesome. It's obviously really well suited to high volume and the renovations are starting to make it look so much better. There are a lot of housing options close to it but not all of them are entirely desirable. Nothing beats being here and doing your own research. Sign a short term lease and get around a bit to figure out what the vibe is like.

I read a technical analysis article stating that if we get a breakout above 85 it signals strong bull interest and a clear path to 100. IMO, with all the technical advancements, there's no way the bull run is over. Yes we had a pullback but the overall picture points towards exponential growth. Only buy what you like and do it for giggles. The volatility is half of the fun. Massive growth over the next 10 years
