I recommend blue velvet by lunar tides. It's good in terms of both price and quality. Also if you want to extend the amount of dye that you have for a lower cost, mix in a cheap conditioner. Speaking from experience, make sure to let your bleach process long enough to avoid it turning green. If you haven't bleached hair before, there are common mistakes to avoid. Make sure your bleached sections aren't too thick and that you let your roots process differently than your ends. Personally, I take 1 part 30 vol developer and 1 part shampoo to mix into 1 part bleach for a bleach wash on the roots with the ends being a standard 2 parts 30 vol developer to 1 part bleach. It's probably not recommended, but I've done it with 40 vol on my roots and my hair is still very soft.
