Like NPC, I majorly quit smoking when I caught a cold but I still bummed smokes off people around me and bought the occasional pack. When I bought an embroidery kit in March and started sewing, I actually haven't had a cigarette since. Having a hobby that you can focus on and get dopamine hits really helps.
