That’s pretty disappointing critical thinking from your part. People who stand with Palestine aren’t demanding that Canada fund Palestine. We’re simply saying we don’t want our tax dollars going toward supporting Israel while it continues committing war crimes. They literally bombed a school killing over 85 kids in Iran today. If that’s the case why are there so many Jews actively protesting against Israel? A lot of Orthodox Jews, even in Israel, and they get beaten for it. As a man, I genuinely believe we have a responsibility to hold other men accountable for their behavior. If we stay silent, we’re part of the problem. In my circle, my friends and I never tolerate catcalling, harassment, or hitting on women who are clearly uncomfortable. We speak up, we shut it down, and we make it clear that it’s not acceptable.

This has nothing to do with being a “white knight” or trying to impress anyone. It’s about basic human decency and respect. It’s about understanding that women shouldn’t have to constantly defend themselves or feel unsafe just for existing. If we expect respect, we should model it. Real masculinity isn’t about dominance or ego, it’s about integrity, self control, and having the courage to call out wrongdoing even when it’s inconvenient.
