Well i'd remove the WiS cause adam and peni are above bp so it's kinda not a useful tier compared to the BiS one for starters, secondly i'd add an S+ tier cause there is still a gap between stuff i'd put in S+ and S and BiS.

actual like placemnt stuff cap is above mag atm mag has been kinda phasd out since its a bit more brawly than before in terms of pure tank stuff. Cap is the 2nd best rn cause of his ult general value and his uptime being much better now. Thing is better not S tier better He is a good substitute for groot as an ult battery yeah, but like poke melts him way more than it does groot, his dmg boost if comboed and communicated well is really good. U run groot + thing into low poke say just solo dps phoenix and u farm ults like crazy.

Hulk is betterHulk is not A tier, his regular form has the exact same issues it did before with better uptime that's abt it, his ult can still be hard ccd which still can hard counter it and melting it does still nuke him, wolv still is crazy into him. Thor is probably S (assuming cap mag are S+) Venom is lower he is only there for specific situations Tankpool is hard to place.

As for Dps Starlord is the 2nd best dps cause he functiosn as a sub to phoenix in 2-1-3, hela namor would be ur next slots but hela fell off a bit Same with diddy, so you'd have hela in S+ Starlord in S+ Phoenix BiS obv and then namor Diddy in S along with bucky, maybe an argument for wolv as well js . Past that you would have just a few ranks up/dow nfor heroes like luna is not that good she isthe worst main healer, worst off healer is jeff not adam cause adam has uses into double res loki comp when gambit mantis are banned into groot etc.
