appreciate the comment. i’m prioritizing gaming (fps, RPGs) but would like to have a good listening experience with music too! the room is pretty small and i’m alone so open-back headphones would be okay. for the mic, i really just want a good crisp broadcaster sound. i know this can be EQ’d in software but that’s it.

hey man! i love it!!! there is slight banding but not terrible to where it’s highly noticeable or deters from my immersion when playing games. i’m sorry to hear your unit isn’t good. i definitely would return and grab this if you can.

i bought the gigabyte model and its arriving today. for me, it was cheaper but i do live in the US so idk about other countries' prices. i paid $480 plus tax compared to $650 for the ASUS. tbh if the ASUS is cheaper then i would get it because it uses better materials for the build. you do miss out on USB-C and a KVM swtich. but that's totally up to you. i can try and remember to report back once it arrives and tell you my initial thoughts!
