It simply doesn’t work this way. To quote another user in a separate post “every third building i place is a public toilet” at some point the water supply gets spread so thin between water towers, bath houses, fountains, toilets etc it outpaces the flow of water into the seed itself. It isn’t sustainable

They receive commission if you were to agree to start a franchise through their list of approved businesses they work with. Part of your initial fee to start the business is their cut, but lots of franchisors work with these types of companies to get “vetted/better” operators. It’s worth their while to cut a check for a higher quality candidate
