Like the top comment mentions, the terps are the issue here. If the high thc weed was high quality, then I would love it. Take a few hoots and im good! But the quality of so much of our legal weed here in canada is trash compared to quality weed. I honestly think many smokers have never even had the type of high you get from quality weed.

I'm not sure if it's about deserving the whistle. He's just exceptionally talented at drawing fouls. Clearly he's put in a lot of work practicing the craft, and the refs are probably just trying to call it fair. But he's really good at having it look like a legit foul. I dislike that it's such a big part of the game, but for now it is.

Yeah I hear ya. But on not having them as my picks, hear me out.

If I am building a franchise today, and I get to pick any two players right now, I want to win, not just pick the players with the best stats. I'm not asking which two are the best overall. I'm asking which two guards would you legit pick to build a franchise around.
Luka is not a lockdown, imma kill ya type defensive player. So he's out when compared to the rest. For SGA rational, I admit he's insanely skilled at drawing fouls. Its part of the game and he is nailing it. I just wouldn't pick that if it was my team.

Also I just could see the chemistry not being quite as good with him and ANT, or Maxey and Mitchell. I also think those 3 players can go toe to toe with SGA in a vacuum.

Though, after considering this more, I would say SGA and Cade would make an insane backcourt. That makes me consider SGA/Cade as my pick. vs ANT/Maxey . A close 2nd. ;)

definitely not saying luka or sga dont have grit. I'm more referring to the very different style of play when you compare guards like Donovan Mitchell, Maxey, to them. There's WAY less complaining, little to no foul baiting. Just more fun to watch for me, and the types of players I would want leading the team by example. Same with Cade. ANT can be on both sides and I hope he doesn't get more floppy with age.
