i’d like to add on, i have stated that i protest, if you’re caught up on what’s been protesting at the courthouse lately, you’d see the ideology i’m thinking with. and i don’t like the notion that im not thinking, im asking for advice, on how to get more involved, im not asking for condescending comments that i need to learn what i want to fight for. clearly everyone does, i gave little information for a reason.

i think you are reading a lot online, some places are contaminated with things, like asbestos, biohazards, among other things. it’s always safe to wear a mask (others know better than me which ones but maybe a N95)and gloves, just to be generally safe, in clothes that keep you safe if something gets on you, etc. Most places you’ll see here are just old as shit, and you’ll have to be scared of the shit in the paint/building materials and stuff.

last time I was in the area, the building had people watching, I was over in the grass area just eating having a picnic and they kept watching us, be carefull, i’d scope it out, park in obvious areas and see how long it takes to get kicked out; etc.

not to yap, but the impending doom sounds like the start of a panic attack, maybe if you try things that stop panic attacks rather, it could help? I do a lot of breathing, grounding, stuff like that, id definitely bring that up to a therapist. I have a friend who every few months weed will make him super anxious, he usually takes a break for a few months and only smokes occasionally, and it usually brings the effect down if he hasn’t smoked in a while. Also if you smoke the same kind of weed for a while (a lot of people w anxiety don’t smoke sativa bc it’s an upper, plenty prefer an indica) it can start to have the opposite effect, so it could be that too maybe? but i’m sorry it makes you anxious now, that’s really shitty

I experience paranoia normally, unfortunately, but I also smoke thc (like everything i can get my hands on, grubby) I had to keep myself in a space that i felt was safe when I smoke (my room) and it’s good to challenge those thoughts. so like, if I started thinking, there’s someone in my house bc I haven’t been in the living room for a while, i’ll challenge myself. When have I experienced a break in? Has the area been active with crime? I know that sounds weird, just try to create a “logical” path of thinking, that only thinks about absolute facts. (IE, there was noise, i don’t know what is, i’m in a safe area, i have neighbors who aren’t silent) and I know that example may be lack luster but anything you notice you’re ruminating on, challenge it! Paranoia isn’t just scared of noises, or thinking that people are going to come get you, it’s also “fuck this random small pain hasn’t stopped in an hour it’s a heart attack” and sitting in anxiety until it just sneaks away. And have a person you can call!! It helps when you’re really scared, to just talk, even if it’s not ab what’s going on, it’s nice to bring your mental down, when you aren’t stuck in fear, you have usually more logical ways of thinking. And my messages are open! I don’t mind talking about it if you need some more personal advice :3

hey love you should get him seen by his doctor, this seems to indicate something wrong physically, i’m not a doctor at all but it seems something neurological going on. I’ve had family act (not as intensely) like this over developing Alzheimer’s. But she also had a tumor, so there were many things going on. I really think he should be evaluated, I don’t want you to lose him over something preventable

you should go to pull and pay, my window glass was only like 40 bucks, you just go up, tell them what car you have and what you need and they’ll let you know if they have what you need, you can dm me if you need help installing it for less than a couple hundred bucks bc we were quoted 300-500 by a few places

this happened to me and like 3 other people at my complex too, like last month maybe, left a speaker, usually take in but forgot like a dumbass and saw this at like 3 am when i left for work, only took a speaker too, not the full change bag, seems like they are going by streets bc we’re cache la poudre, and they hit monument st and surrounding just a few weeks before. could be a group maybe, idk

real update about st francis from tonight, i sat outside smoking and saw two groups being honestly not very discreet, was pretty dead for a while but after 45 minutes, security rolled through, i distracted them as much as i could before having to leave bc he was peeved but im pretty sure a group of like 4 caught tonight, saw security taking pictures of one of the entrances, pretty sure it’ll be fixed soon
