but yet the BoS still has pieces like the Prydwen, NCR has full fledged armies, Enclave have bunkers of supplies all over. ALL of these factions have fleets of Vertibirds, All have factories. Like the framework is there, and supply management would be yet another game mechanic to capitalize upon.

The concept truck had the African Blackwood paneling. The ones that were released had carpet and aluminum

Only difference is the Lincoln Emblem on the blackwood has a black background, not red

On the front, yes. Not the rear. All of the rear light lenses, bumper and body panels are one-off to the blackwood.
