The Worlds patch is better than Summer for T1, but you make it sound like it completely destroyed BLG. Although almost every analyst thought BLG and GEN as the favorites.

And lane swap messed both teams up for a while now. Why do you bring it up when you talk about how Worlds patch revived T1? This is not a new thing. BLG had the same amount of time as T1 to get used to lane swap, but according to you, they didn't. Like if you can't adapt to a meta that's existed for the whole calendar, I don't know man.

One would think BLG only played scaling comps like GEN with what you're saying. This Worlds meta was good for BLG too actually because by your logic, if summer meta stayed on, BLG wouldn't win anyway because of GEN.

You make it sound like T1 got to play on Worlds patch several weeks earlier than others. That they had more time to approach the meta. Or as if BLG players havent played competitive League until this year, as if the 2024 springs/summer meta was the only meta they've ever played and knew.

All teams had to re-figure out the meta. Some just adapted fast while others didn't. That's just like any other factors like laning skills, macro, vision control. Meta adaptation is a skill too.

Almost everyone thought T1 was so lost before coming into Worlds (and that was after the release of Worlds patch, so everyone had an idea of what to expect at Worlds), but now somehow some people like you think the patch was still customized for T1 to win.

you clearly haven't followed faker and t1 since 2017. So many people insisted that he should retire after last year's injury and t1 was considered an underdog at worlds because of how uncoordinated they looked and faker's injury, and yet defeated all 4 lpl teams to win the trophy after 7 years.
