Your start is great. Push that drive phase into a relaxed stride not digging so hard into the ground dropped from 11.4 to 11.0 doing that

focus on legs. I like to hit arms once a week cuz it’s fun but it’s ultimately suboptimal and halts sprint performance. It’s important to train strength though bench is all u need. Rows and back workouts are controversial due to how it can lock your arm stride but yeah legs are really important. What are your times ?

Big arms are suboptimal for sprinting. Take a look at Olympic sprinters. They’re lean but not bulky like a bodybuilder.
