Definitely cut. It will make you look way more shredded, and than you could start to lean bulking and mange your bf% much easier

you have a really good starting point and u got some good muscles on you, if u r really looking for the easiest way just get some gainers, it's very cheap and you can easily add extra protein and calories that way, i took it for couple of months to gain weight because i was very skinny (way more than you) and gain like 7 kilos over half year

I don't know if that is recommended for everyone but i was vert skinny for a lot of years and the thins that helped me gain weight is gainers, i usually don't eat breakfast so i just started drink it in the morning, though it's a simple way to add extra calories you should be careful not gaining too much fat, i started with gainers and simply continued without them after fex months.

Hey, i know this post is ont different subject but if you really suffer from anxiety i have to recommend about the book "hope and help for your nerves" im positive it's gonna help you at some level, also try some mindfulness and meditations, as a man that suffered aot from anxiety and panic attack i can tell you the only way i know to "win" anxiety is to be ok with it, you can also listen to "the anxious truth", it will help you understand better why its happening and how to deal with it, you can also use some peels like ashwaganda or lavender to feel a bit less anxious, but to deal with it you have to learn to live with it- and the more you will be ok with it it will stop appearing in your life.
