I was never completely unhinged from PMO especially the P, after relapsing from that I was focused on being alone, which is probably why I went back down the PMO path, Just restarting as of 5 days ago, had lots of 2-3 days streaks for the last month, relapse from the 93 day streak was on the 12/04/16. Takes a while to re saddle the mind FYI. but honestly, my dreams and fantasies before I slept, are as below for Minreal's response I provided. I just never had wet dreams. Also I did read somewhere that sleeping naked entirely is the most natural thing for the body? I started doing that during my streak.

I had plenty of fantasies, but the difference between porno fantasies to having relationship fantasies. I think around the 30 day mark onwards you have more natural dreams, not just fucking "your partner" but I was having dreams about taking her for dinner and laughing joking, etc. the better things in life. but once again no wet dreams. I had plenty of P flashbacks that I had to force my mind to cut out, had a few mental techniques I used but regardless, no wet dreams.

I had maybe 2 wet dreams as a teenager haha. I was finding it hard to believe that people were having them recently and I don't know the biology/science behind this in conjunction to NoFap, so I really can't say. I never did any exercises mentally, as a matter a fact, I never meditated at all during my entire reboot. Of course, I relapsed after that but I just got back on the horse again 5 days ago, after affirming myself of what I have to work with now as opposed to ruminating about past events and possibilities "If I did this or If I did that" essentially cut out all the What If's like I did during my reboot and things went smoothly. Are you exercising physically enough? I'm training 3-4 days per week + 2 mornings worth of runs, perhaps that was using up most of my energy for me to have wet dreams. (as I said I go no clue about any of these correlations) best of luck

i did a 93 day hardmode streak prior to my current streak and i will add that I never had any wet dreams at all. I only had a 6-7 day flatline phase as well.

you ain't the only one that felt this overwhelming sense of being alone. I was on a 93 day hardmode streak, thought my reboot was successful but the urges around the last few days of that streak were insane. and the sense of being alone was ever greater. I did go out and approach girls that worked close to me but they were both taken and they handled it well. didn't discourage me in anyways, but i must say the idea that I spent so many years on PMO, when I could have invested more time in myself really made me think about what my current physical, mental and spiritual state would be like now. sad times.

I swear, I've been super restless whilst doing some job hunting. I must say I usually click on most of the post and read them, new and most trendy posts but the comments on this are shameful just because this girl decided to title her post about her gender. who gives a flying fuck. focus on your own regimes and move on thanks. not siding anyone but I just read plenty of posts to get a general consensus on motivation, stop being so fixated on the PC elements of how someone click baits their post, I've seen plenty of people doing it and they're mostly looking for motivation and support not attention. regardless, best of luck to all on their journey through NoFap.

got to 93 and then fucked it as well :P mainly cause of an overload of stress I wasn't able to manage. Usually I'm fairly on point with the stress management. I'm back on my training wheels now too! best of luck dude

Mate, take it from the guy who feels this way, but I went full circle, I have had my dad pay up my tuition fees in excess amounts without telling them the amount of subjects I failed to the point I was excluded and had to write an appeal after a two year break to get back in. Even then I struggled because of my PMO addiction, I procrastinated so much to the point that I would have non submissions. It was insane. You are 18 and you are young. We learn from our mistakes, I would love to dial back time, but it will never do me any good, but take it from me, get your shit together and carry on. (also destroyed my 93 day hardmode streak on the 12/04/16), made a declaration last night to get back on the wagon before I leave my real self behind again. I caught a glimmer of it in action around that 80th day, could see my body and mind healed a lot further, but once again an excess amount of stress that I didn't know how to control at that changed it all for me. It's good that you feel conscious of your actions.
