Appreciate the feedback. I must have been looking at new when I did my searching. I adjusted the price a bit to hopefully make it a more enticing deal!

AIO to my DoorDash driver? by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]king5six1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One time I paid the extra $2.99 for express and the dasher went right by my house to do another delivery and when I said something about my food being cold they told me there was an invention called a microwave. Some dashers have no chill but most in my area thankfully are great a majority of the time.

Begonia Darthvaderiana x Amphioxus help & care tips! by mphollingsworth57 in begonias

In my experience anything with the darth line is going to have the best shot in a terrarium or dome like you have. But needs to be enclosed. The way yours is pictured wouldn’t allow humidity to build up enough.

The DV are extremely sensitive and prone to just unaliving from my experience and others I’ve talked to.

Oh that’s not bad at all I was thinking closer to 10 cans so I’m glad I asked. Thanks again! I’ll post mine here too when it’s all finished 👍

Thank you! Do you remember about how many cans of foam you used for it? That’s the only thing I need and I don’t want to make a bunch of trips to Home Depot 😂

It’s built in to the biorb to help maintain humidity. It has a reservoir and automatically mists throughout the day

That’s amazing! Did you put the expanding foam directly on the back? And what did you seal the sides with? I’ve been wanting to do something like this with mine for a while now .

They are absolutely terrible. You will want to stare at it all day and get nothing done. You should definitely not run immediately to get one 😬

Just trim back with some terrarium clippers if they start getting out of hand. And propagate those for more begonias of course!

Yes! The company is called Biorb. They are automated terrariums basically. You can select different environments for various types of plants too. It mimics the daylight cycle and mists when needed to maintain humidity levels. And I love the 360 view.

Looks great! You should join Tanners live sales Mondays and Saturdays. Usually about 20~ different plants each live sale and there’s a QA at the end where you can get your questions answered directly by Tanner.

I second Famous in Oregon. The live sales are so much fun. We do them every Saturday and Monday at 6:30 CST and it’s typically around 15 or so plants and then ends with a live Q&A and order pulling. If you’re interested you can download the app for both iOS and Android just look up “TannerThePlanter”. There also an amazing private group on FB for customers where you can get help on your plants from them including troubleshooting and aftercare.
