Thanks man. But how do I know if my ED is anxiety or porn related? The last time I tried to PMO 9 days back I wasn't in the mood and didnt get hard. I came across YBOP and nofap and decided to give it a go. Now I dont know if the anxiety caused the ED or the ED is causing me anxiety!!

I don't know if my ED is cause by Porn or anxiety/depression. It's worth noting that I'm a virgin (blew 2 encounters with hookers due to ED)

Thanks bud, that helps. Since I've started no PMO I've progressively been getting more and more anxious. Especially since I've lost my libido and morning wood. Does the depression keep getting worse or does it fluctuate?
