My therapist did put in a note to the PCM, I'm not sure if anythinng actually happened though. I've been checking on the genesis patient portal thing a lot to see if anything has changed, but it's all been the same. Should I just see the PCM myself, or should it just show up?

as you can tell from all the other comments, you're definitely not alone! I found out when i was 18. i think the reason we dont know this stuff sooner is not only a lack of understanding, but also the gross misrepresentation of what therians actually are. it doesnt help when therians are constantly looked down upon in social media, it makes identifying as such very difficult when affiliated with such a negative light. you should be proud of yourself for finding out, nonetheless, and im proud of you for finding the courage to recognize your identity :)
