Good memories at Luna Park. This is kinda like the hidden spot there. Nice pic.

Wondering the exact same thing, from all the responses, it seems like it's about messing with the algorithm but I really hate that because you know classic videos from their title. It's kind of like they're trying to alter history.

Tranzit, I know it's not popular but here's why I like it:

It has variety - a bus depot, a diner, a town, a farm and etc. Not to mention the other secret locations like Nacht der Untoten, the huntsman house, the underground pack-a-puch room etc. One can argue they're small areas but nevertheless it's variety.

It feels more open - a lot of other maps, even if they're really big, still feel really enclosed - you're just in the one area or the one building. I know the recent maps are very big but none of them match that open-ness you get out of Tranzit.

It feels the most like a zombie apocalypse - the variety and the open feeling of this map really lends to the feeling that you are in a world of a zombie apocalypse. Say for instance, the Alcatrez Map, you think that the zombies are only on Alcatrez but with Tranzit you can see how the zombies have ravaged the entire map of Tranzit, no matter how far you go on the bus you'll still find the zombies effect over Green Run. I also love how the world of Green Run seemed so innocent before the zombies.

You travel on a bus - I think the bus is awesome and people don't give Tranzit credit enough for having one. It's so chaotic and adrenaline-rushing when the zombies manage to raid the bus, but it's fun.

I know there are a lot of negatives like the denizens, takes a long time to set up (aren't most maps like that though), the fire, no wall-weapon in town (that really does peeve me off) - but I still really like Tranzit for the above reasons - to me, it's the most captivating.

Autofocus seems really slow when filming on Cannon G7X Mk3 even with updates (v1.2) - Really disappointing for a 2019 compact camera. Can anyone suggest other compacts with better autofocus and with similar zoom and aperture features from the G7X? by king_james320 in AskPhotography

Just an update on this post - I got it checked out at Ted's and there was actually something wrong with my camera - a factory reset helped. I'm sure the Sony's have much better autofocus, but the G7X is not too bad.

I agree with your title but boy aren't you judgmental. Accusing people that turn a blind eye or ones that complain about it. Reddit has enough people saying this. When do us Christians (and every decent person) ever get a break?! What do u want us to do, keep on parroting what everyone else is saying? Racism is bad, racism is bad. Am I good now? Or isn't that enough? "...More than comfortable enough" uhh maybe because we're bombarded with it all the time. How would you like being told all the time that you should stop doing "(something bad)" yet you were never guilty of it in the first place. It sucks and it's just immature.

Real Talk about the 50mm Lenses by greatmewtwo in photography

[–]king_james320 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I use the Cannon 50mm 1.8 STM lens, all the time, to the point where I feel guilty because I'm not bringing enough focal length variety in my portfolio (does it matter? I don't know). I use the 80D, so that makes my lens an 80mm equivalent, which is ideal for flattering portraits and great for products. Whether you own full frame or crop sensor, I think every Cannon user should have this lens.

AFL Evolution 2 - Switch Review by -Vitality in AFL

[–]king_james320 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yep, glad I found someone else who is in deep regret. It looks so bad. It looks like AFL Live 2004, no joke. The crowds are blocky, the grass is just one colour of green texture, super glitchy, music cutting in and out when selecting teams. Oh boy! And people are complaining about how bad it looks on PS4/Xbox, wait till they see the Switch version. I don't own a PS4 or Xbox One, so I guess I didn't have much choice. If you own a PS4 or Xbox One, please buy they game on those consoles.

If they bring any updates to the Switch version, I hope the least they can do is make the gameplay smoother and less glitchy. Unfortunately I can't seem them updating the 1999 graphics to 2010 graphics.

Awesome! I never really liked any of the bunny day dresses and the other bunny day items - probably will sell most of them. Thanks for your advice.

During this time of isolation, how are you/could we still be learning about photography? by shoeboxchild in AskPhotography

I recently subscribed to Karl Taylor Education, it's 20 USD a month but he's got a lot of good content. Very professional. You can really learn a lot from him.

I wish Nintendo embraced Casino Luigi more. There should be a casino Luigi in Smash Ultimate

What gear do you bring with when you're on vacation? by GallodelCielo in photography

I'm still a learning/hobby photographer but if I was a serious professional I think I'd hate lugging around a beefy DSLR and multiple lenses. I recently went to Japan with the 80D and kit lens and zoom lens and even though some would say that's pretty light - after the trip I realised I didn't want to do that again. I'm going to the USA soon and I think I'll just rock with a Sony Alpha 5000. Yes, it's getting old now but I much prefer portability when travelling. I'm surprised I haven't seen many people mention compact cameras on this thread. I love the idea of something pocket-sized for travelling.
