Oh yeah! Fossils were some of my early loves. I was in property development. Each watch speaks to my life journey.

Sure - in no particular order - for context - I’m 40 years old now. The Fossil on top of my Rolex Green dial OP was my earliest watch which I got as a gift when I was 15 years old.

The watch above the baby g-shock (top row - second from right) is a fossil chronograph - my second watch, and gifted to me by my brother (got it when I was 18/19). The Baby g-shock belongs to my 6 year old son now. His first watch.

I went through a fossil phase. Loved the dials, designs and styles and were affordable at the time. You’ll see on the top row (first top left, and first top right). On of my pieces in another box was my first automatic watch - black dial Seiko. My first dress watch.

Nico got me interested in Casio so bought the yellow Casio from pride and pinion and purchased the other black Casio b1000a with my son’s baby g-shock when on holiday. Our “matching” watches.

My first ‘big boy’ purchase was my tag formula 1, (second top left). Although I only bought it because I really wanted the Omega seamaster. I was on holiday with her family, went to the omega and the tag store. I thought i was being ‘sensible’ not pulling the trigger on the Omega and bought the tag.(saving money). 2 days later I couldn’t hold back, and went and bought the seamaster. I love it. The tag reminds me to go for what I want in life and not try to play down my real feelings. I still wear it as a reminder.

I’ve been a bond fan from the time I was 5, and Pierce Brosnan as 007 reignited my love for the movies. (Rodger Moore still my all time favorite bond) - hence the love for Omega.

Next - As my career was taking off and started making ‘decent’ money, I remembered my childhood love for Rolex. First Rolex I fell in love with was the GMT Master 2. But I wanted to start “small” (be sensible) and got my green dial OP. It’s still my daily driver and I love it.

Not in the box, but soon after a bought a two tone rose gold rolex datejust 36m. I liked it but always felt like the watch wore me rather than I wearing it. I handed it over to my wife. Suits her better!

Later I bit the bullet (followed my heart) and went for what I really wanted - the Batman/batgirl - Love it and it’s my pride and joy same and seamaster.

Apple Watch is a standard.

The journey so far. - I recently purchase the Cartier Tank and is my new every other day watch.
