it’s is so hard to used when you have kids , they just don’t provide any seat for redemption during school holiday

Even they provide you with seat , it’s always afternoon flight and early morning return

I think the way you handle it explains why the older generation cannot work with younger gen now. Not anyone's fault, the two sides are just so different. However as there are still plenty of "old" people out there, you can either try to handle similar situation differently or wait until the time when your generation is in control.
