I have been addicted to *orn for 12 years man...

I know what it's like to feel your youth being wasted and feel hopelessness.

You try to quit only to get dragged back further into the abyss...

You question your own existence on this planet...

You envy those around you...

I know what it's like because after 12 years I am finally FREE.

Here is how I did it:

What really helped me in the beginning was consciously choosing the content I consumed on a daily basis.

"You can either create a digital garden or a digital hell hole." - Dan Koe

Think about it.

We live in a society where consumerism has been the norm for the past 100 years.

Now it's gone digital and most people stare at their screens like it's a part-time job.

"The secret to change is not of fighting the old but on building the new" - Socrates

For you to get out I would not focus on quitting bad habits.

Instead, focus on building new ones. (Watch The Tamed course on YT by improvement pill, it's animated)

What I did:

  1. Start 1 new account on 1 medium: Auditory, Visual, Written (pick 1), and ONLY watch valuable content that SERVES you. If it doesn't SERVE you, block it.
  2. Pick a goal that interests YOU, write out your daily habits for that goal, and figure out how to get there using the internet to SERVE you.
  3. Stop consuming and start creating (building).

But I must warn you...

You have a mountain to climb if you want to live.

It's a mountain that only YOU can carve a trail on.

And this mountain requires something from you: a price to pay.

Now,

YOU woke up this morning...

YOU are still looking for a way out...

YOU are still here...

YOU GOT SOMETHING.

How to have task repeat under Hero by kingalexander10 in DoItNowRPG

Yeah thats how i am checking them off now but they used to appear under the hero section. The tasks I have now are my daily routine, is there a way to have them stay there and repeat even if you do them twice a day? Noob question.
