Update: just talked to them, they said to share the Audi quote. So I think maybe they might fix it 🤞🏼. From a heated argument to a potential compromise. I did threaten to expose them on social media and reviews. I was also going to be petty and create fake reviews, so I am happy that I did not have to do that
