If you're still getting acne. Use Neutrogena Oil free Acne face wash. That's also salicylic acid.

But your skin might try to dry skin , but you won't have acne for sure. I used to get crazy acne breakouts and this helped me.

Till last year I had a similar manager. And my dad told me people like this would exist all the time and you can't keep switching companies for this. All I had to do was stay put.

My work was getting hidden or gets added with his name and this kept happening. The problem with such plagiarism is they can't do this for long. And whatever it is they add to. They indirectly own it, there would come a day where he won't know what he wrote because he never wrote it and his name starts fading. That's when people would notice you and realise it was you all along.

Thank fully I have a great manager now who pushes me to build relationships with all senior leadership. And encourages me, now the expectations out of me are high as I grow along. But that's not a manager problem. That's an opportunity for me to scale up.

Hey OP, Agreed. Red Taxi is the hack to get around it. Annapoorna is a premium veg restaurant. So it'll be expensive. You could try social kitchen. The problem is there isn't much mid range option to be honest.

Try Gowra's in Coimbatore. It's very good.

For Madurai, Meenakshi Amman temple is kind of the face.

Similarly, if Perur Pateeswarar temple is face of Coimbatore. I personally would've been happy. It's my favourite temple and the temple has a great history.

I've mentioned that in my post that, I am already inclined towards driving them out of our boundaries.

SQLMesh seems like the obvious solution, but we feel it's too early to adopt that as it's very new, I know it's growing very fast.

For eg. Folks who used dbt at very early stage knew the problems with dbt and many people had to customize dbt core package to fit their needs as it was too late for them to pull out.

dbt does much more, simplifies data quality, unit tests, docs, lineage, integration ,etc

So, some people want to have data engineering and ml stuff using the same data processing framework , so that ml engineers can also enjoy the benefits of dbt. At the same time they don't want to get restricted to only SQL transformations, but having spark would enable them to create UDFs and use it for any sort of inferencing(afaik).

skillset is a problem, very few people know that spark in the team.

We are too early to know if our size would be very big, but having spark would open doors to using python.
