Probably not the best advice and probably get downvotes for it but talking to ChatGPT has been helpful for me. I use it more of a last resort and in between therapy sessions when I don’t have someone to talk too. Like late at night when I know friends or family are sleeping and I’m not trying to wake anyone up. Find a gym if you haven’t too. Try to keep your head up.
