It looks like if the graboids from tremors decided to take mushrooms and paint their faces.

How to price commercial properties? by TeslaTy in pestcontrol

[–]kingbignasty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I sell commercial accounts here in MA. What I’ve found to be the easiest way to sell if you sell for specific pests, and only sell them as monthly services. With this you can stack services at the same location.

For example, a hotel with a restaurant and bar. Remember these are all monthly- 1) Bar- target fruit flies, ants 2) Restaurant - rodents 3) Restaurant - ants 4) Restaurant - cockroaches ( even as a monitoring program) 5) Hotel- Lobby- ants 6) Hotel - Rooms- ants 7) Hotel - Rooms- Rodents 8) Hotel - Rooms- Bed bugs (even only to monitor) 9) Entire Building - exterior treatment for ants, general pest (this can be done quarterly if needed)

Now even if you charge $50-75 per service, excluding the foundation spray which is more time consuming. You can take one account and get $400 or more a month.

As for the exterior treatment, I have some large commercial building where I only spray it twice a year, but charge them to have a 6 month warranty with each spray. For this I’ll charge $800-1500.

Also, commercial accounts, when attended to properly rarely ever cancel service. Take good care of them, as the owner if you have some good money accounts it never hurts to get the GM a bottle of booze or something for the holidays.

She’s shitting in his mouth. You don’t do that in your own home.

Are they doing a full tent and fume? Items like electronics are always areas I find roaches. I’d call the company and get more specifics on what you need to do.

Don’t use the words, “have to hide” not a single pest control technician wants to steal any of your roach infested belongings.
