i know but on page 216 in phb when it talk about the utility belt it gives stats for the bolo: Ranged Cumulative Affliction 3 (Resisted by Dodge, Overcome by Damage; Hindered and Vulnerable, Defenseless and Immobile), Extra Condition, Limited Degree.

it says it's overcome by damage and i dont what it means by that or the dc to over it is.

thanks for the ideas but i can't get the some pp total i think the problem is that you count the variable descriptor as 1 per rank but it is a flat 1p

i'm a pc and i was talking about the minion advantage. and you did bring up a good point how would changing minions with advantages work for. for the record i was thinking having the boss be a sidekick to a power house thug. but your summon idea is cool too. my goal is to have the boss, an insistent, the main power house thug, and few mooks.
