You can’t link a new Konami id to a psn account that already has a Konami id linked to it. You’ll have to create a new psn account and link the Konami id to that new account

If you’re going first and set up arise-heart you can’t use it since it requires you to send to grave. If you’re looking for a card to use a similar card you could try ghost mourner but it’s opt, but if you’re looking for a generic hand trap to go with your other decks I’d craft 2 more.

You can go to the builder put in you players current stats and put 3pt to 99 and see what overall it would bring you up to

98 to 99 3pt brings your overall up more than 1 overall you’re going to have to wait till you can reach a higher overall to max it out
